Psalm 90 - O God, Our Help in Ages Past
A Prayer of Moses the man of God, discussing the Eternity of God, and man's frailty.

An Introduction will play first, then begin your Psalm.

O God, our help in ages past, our hope for years to come,
Our shelter from the stormy blast, and our eternal home.

Before the hills in order stood, or earth received her frame,
From everlasting Thou art God, to endless years the same.

Under the shadow of they throne they saints have dwelt secure;
Sufficient is thine arm alone, and our defense is sure.

O God, our help in ages past, our hope for years to come,
Be Thou our guard while life shall last and our eternal home.

Words by Isaac Watts, 1719
Music by William Croft, 1708, based on the tune "St. Anne"
