Corn-Lace RoundsIngredients1/2 c boiling water 1/2 c corn meal 1/2 t salt 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten |
DirectionsMix corn meal and salt together. Add water whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Cool. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by small teaspoons full onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes. Makes about 14 small cakes (2" diameter). Should taste like FRITOS®. WCG Boise Women's Club |
